Clean water makes great tasting beer and oysters. Without that crucial ingredient, the quality of both will suffer, and millions of commonwealth residents would be without a cherished beverage and briny treat. Join the Virginia Museum of History & Culture, in partnership with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in Virginia, for an evening that celebrates conservation, beer, and bivalves.

Featuring samples of several varieties of Virginia oysters from Rappahannock Oyster Company and beer from Black Narrows Brewing Company, as well as stories from brewers, oyster farmers, and conservationists, this event will celebrate these vital components of Virginia’s past and future.

Each ticket includes three 6-oz. beer samples, three samples of oysters, and a commemorative glass to take home at the end of the evening. Tickets for additional samples will be for sale at the event while supplies last.
