Join the VMHC for our upcoming Women's History Month webinar, What's Your Sign? Ephemera & Women's Rights Movements(Recommended for Grades 6 - 12)

This program uses ephemera to examine women’s rights movements in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. From protest signs to knit caps, students will question how demonstrations evolve over time. They will also analyze what defines a progressive movement, and how modern protests try to embrace inclusivity. Students will leave with a better understanding of how women shape the country’s political, social, and economic environment/state. This program is free; however, registration is required.
