Homeschool Open House

Meet and mingle with other homeschoolers from across Virginia! Participate in activities for all ages, including guided workshops and gallery walks, as well as self-guided crafts, games, and scavenger hunts.

This Homeschool Open House will focus on our largest temporary exhibition, Determined: The 400-Year Struggle for Black Equality, as educators lead guided classroom and gallery programming that examines the long history of black Americans as they have fought for freedom, equal justice, and access to opportunities.

Participation is free for homeschoolers and chaperones, but registration is required.
