Join us for a free afternoon of fall foliage and fun as you stroll the grounds at Virginia House! Play lawn games (croquet, badminton, bocce, cornhole), enjoy fall-themed refreshments, and snap photos in our gardens. The house will also be open for viewing.

Please note that street parking is extremely limited and no on-site parking is available. Consider using a ride-sharing app or carpool with friends!

Owned and operated by the Virginia Historical Society, Virginia House is located at 4301 Sulgrave Road in Windsor Farms, less than five miles from the Virginia Museum of History & Culture. Formerly an English country manor house relocated to Richmond in 1925, Virginia House was the home of Ambassador Alexander Weddell and his wife, Virginia, from 1928-1948.
